Politique de remboursement
We practice a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be in perfect condition, which means your item must be unused and in the original packaging, which needs to be proven by providing a picture of the item. Also, if applicable, any adhesive tape must have its protective film untouched. Please have in mind, we don't cover the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
We'll provide you with a return shipping label (only for US returns), however, we don't cover the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
Small/Medium sized products: $25
Large-sized products: $50
To start the return process, visit our Returns Portal, email us at email@example.com or use the Live Chat.
Once we receive the returned product, we'll analyze if the product is in sellable condition. If so, we will automatically refund you and notify you. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective/damaged product or you'd like to exchange your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Live Chat. Make sure to attach to the email clear and detailed imagery of the issue.
