Refund policy

Return Policy

We practice a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in sellable condition, which means your item must be unused and in the original packaging, which must be proven by providing a picture of the item. Also, if applicable, any adhesive tape must have its protective film untouched. Please keep in mind, that we don't cover the return shipping costs.

Defects and Damage

We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, it must be reported within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or accept returns for damage or defects reported after the 14-day return period.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products. If you encounter any issues with a product during the warranty period, please report the problem here. However, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not following product instructions (e.g., dropping the product). After the 14-day return window has passed, warranty claims are only eligible for replacements and not refunds.

Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. A full refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

Refunds

Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 4-hour cancellation window after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once this window has passed, we are unable to cancel your order as processing will have already begun.
